How do I delete cookies in WebTV?
Answer:
You can sometimes fix login problems if you delete your cookies on WebTV. Then, a fresh cookie can be written from our site. Here are instructions on how to do that:
If you delete your cookies, you will delete all of them. This means that you will need to log in again to every site that knows who you are. If you have accounts at Amazon.com, or a My Yahoo page for instance, then you will need to log in to these places again the next time you visit them.

When you are on either site, look on your WebTV keyboard. On the top row of buttons, near the right side, is a button that says 'info.' Press info.
You will see a pop-up card that has some options on it. Choose the option that says 'reset' or 'delete cookies.'
You probably will then see a window that says 'There is no web page or other information available for the item chosen.' If you see this, don't worry, nothing has gone wrong. Your cookies are probably deleted.
Now, come to ItsYourTurn.com again. You will see the login page. Log in with your User ID and password. Hopefully this has solved your problem. If not, please contact us
